Maryam Ekhtiari
Maryam is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Sociology at Koç University and a researcher at the Migration Research Center at Koç University (MiReKoc).
She received her M.A. in Sociology from Marmara University in 2020 and her B.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tabriz.
Her primary research interests lie in the area of irregular migration, transit migration, and temporalities of migration, along with the sociology of time and waiting.
