Moizza Binat Sarwar

Moizza is a Research Fellow in ODI's Equity and Social Policy programme. Her main area of work is social policy, with a focus on the political economy of the design, implementation and delivery of public services and how that impacts the way citizens interact with the state and its various agencies. Moizza is an expert in qualitative research methods and holds a PhD from the Department of Social Policy, University of Oxford.
