Tobechukwu is a Research and Evidence Consultant with ODI. He holds a BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from University of Benin, Nigeria, and MSc in Political Science (Comparative Politics) from University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He has also earned a master’s degree in Public Policy from University of Oxford as an Africa Initiative for Governance scholar. Tobe has 7+ years of experience in research and governance advisory which cuts across different government and international organisations including the United Nations Children’s Fund and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. He has worked with two Nigeria-based think-tanks and has expertise in Political Economy Analysis, Qualitative Data Analysis, Project Management and Policy Communication.
